Hofstra Law School’s Breslin Center presented the Pathways in Real Estate panel presentation and discussion to law school students and real estate practitioners

On March 12, 2019, Hofstra Law School’s Breslin Center presented the Pathways in Real Estate panel presentation and discussion to law school students and real estate practitioners. Michael DiLeo, a Partner at Brown and Altman, participated on the panel along with four other major players in the Long Island commercial real estate industry – Scott Burman, Partner, The Engel Burman Group, Debra Thompson, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Advantage Title, Bram Weber ’00, Partner, Weber Law Group LLP and Joseph Willen, President and CEO, Advantage Title.

The panel addressed the state of real estate development on Long Island and the role of an attorney in successfully completing a real estate development project.
