A View From The Inside: Bagels With The Boards Series

ISLIP, NEW YORK: The Touro Law Center’s Land Use Institute hosted “Bagels with the Boards – Major Long Island Development Projects: A View from the Inside” where a distinguished panel of speakers and program attracted more than 100 developers, government officials, as well as local attorneys interested in Long Island land use issues and ongoing projects, including Belmont Park Redevelopment Project, Nassau HUB, Heartland and EPCAL.

The panel of speakers included Thomas Conoscenti, Vice President, Real Estate Development, Empire State Development Corp.; David Pennetta, Cushman Wakefield; Sean Sallie, Deputy Commissioner of Public Works, Nassau County; and David Wolkoff, Heartland Project. The event was moderated by Keith P. Brown, Esq. ’94, Partner at Brown & Altman, LLP and Michael Lewyn, Professor of Law and Director of the Land Use Institute at Touro Law.
