Keith Brown founded the law firm of Brown & Altman with his long-time friend and colleague David Altman in 2008 and added partner Michael DiLeo soon after. Since then, the Melville firm has grown to eight attorneys and five staffers. Brown & Altman specializes in real estate leasing and transactional matters, zoning and land use, and litigation concerning financial institutions, retailers, developers, alternative energy companies and petroleum companies in and around the New York metropolitan area.
